Personal Statement

Thank you for taking the time to view my e-portfolio.

I am a creative, collaborative, tenacious and hardworking leader seeking an exciting and meaningful career opportunity within the field of public health.

Working for a company that embraces innovation, change, growth, diversity in thought and leadership,  and professional  development is extremely important to me. As a result, I am interested in pursuing a position as a member of your team.

Enclosed in this e-portfolio is information about my educational and professional  accomplishments and a YouTube clip of me in action moderating a panel on the topic of bridging public health and economic development as a strategy to strengthen  communities.

Should you desire to discuss my background further and its relevance to the Senior Associate for  Public Health Initiatives position, I welcome the opportunity.

Sincerely ,

Dorcey L. Applyrs, DrPH, MPH
